Lake Butler Hospital is beginning facility improvements designed to enhance the patient experience.

First Phase: Temporary Entrance Change

As of July 20, our front entrance is temporarily closed for approximately 12 weeks while renovations are underway.

Please Follow Signs

Patients, visitors, and vendors should follow the posted signs to the temporary side entrance through the Loading Dock hallway.

The Emergency Room entrance is unchanged. ER Patients should continue to utilize the ER entrance.

Check-in: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM.
After hours & weekends: please check in at the ER desk.

Laboratory & X-Ray: 7 AM-11 PM, 7 days/week
Ultrasound: Scheduled, often same-day
Rehab/Therapy: By appointment
Respiratory: Scheduled testing & treatments
Inpatient & Swing Bed Care: Based on medical need

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
For emergency care, please go directly to the Emergency Department.
For scheduled hospital services, bring your provider’s order, ID and insurance card.
