11/05/2021 Licensed Clinical Social Worker Provide individual and family psychotherapy services to culturally-diverse children and adolescents presenting wide range of conditions, including physical and mental abuse, attention disorders, anxiety, depression, family issues, and behavioral disorders for patients of the Rural Health Clinic (RHC), Lake Butler Hospital, and students of Union County Schools. Must carefully observe patients and respond to what they might be trying to communicate through their behavior. Provide clinical assessments and short term/long term goals using various modalities for treatment. 10/01/2021 Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – Rural Health Clinic Delivers primary medical care to a wide variety of patients in a Rural Health Clinic setting. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient. Performs initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations. Updates patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment. Analyzes test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
